2011 – Cofradia de Suchitlan First Chess Club for Project Amigo – Rotary Mission – 110 kids
Jamaica
2014 – Worked with Rotary Club of Kingston, Jamaica – servicing the Swallow Field after school program in partnership with the Rotary Club of Novato Sunrise and the Rotary Club of Ignacio – Serving 100 students in the after-school program
Haiti
2015 – Worked with Corluv International on a mission trip to expand and support the development of their school after the devastating earthquake of 2010. We supplied them with 10 chess boards,
Uganda
2013 – ongoing partnership with Dove Chess Academy – DCA – we sponsor 2 tournaments per year. Our next tournament is August 13, 2022 – the 5th Annual Dove Junior Championships to be held at the Vision for Africa School! Christine Namaganda is President.
Nigeria
2013 - Worked with Rotary Club of Lokoja Metro District 9125 and Emmanuel Ogu on a peace and literacy mission. We visited several schools and implemented chess programs to 50 children.
